The Nominated Officer is responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s AML compliance framework. This includes developing AML policies and procedures, performing risk assessments, overseeing transaction monitoring, and ensuring timely reporting of suspicious activities. The Nominated Officer also acts as the principal point of contact with regulatory authorities on AML-related matters.
In some cases, this role may be incorporated into broader non-operational or administrative responsibilities.
