Job Purpose:

We’re looking for a Network Operations Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for managing after-hours network activity. Working overnight, this role will be the main point of contact for network-related issues, coordinating responses to outages and service disruptions, and ensuring operations continue to run smoothly during night hours

The Coordinator will be involved in a wide range of operational activities, making this a key role in ensuring smooth, round-the-clock performance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for network incidents and outages
• Perform real-time surveillance and monitoring of the network, proactively identifying performance issues and initiating response protocols.
• Coordinate mobilization of field teams and technicians in response to outages or service degradations.
• Ensure accurate and timely logging, documentation, and escalation of all incidents according to Actavo and client SLAs.
• Track ongoing faults and manage ticket queues
• Perform overnight system checks, health monitoring, and basic troubleshooting as required.
• Assist with overnight reporting and preparation of incident summaries for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in network operations, telecommunications, or service coordination is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with NOC environments and standard network monitoring tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; must be calm and clear under pressure.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts, while collaborating effectively with day teams.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and thoroughness in documentation and reporting.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of issues until resolution.
