 CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

1. GENERAL MANAGER (With Strong Food & Beverage Background)

Are you a hands-on leader with a vision for hospitality excellence? We're seeking a seasoned General Manager who brings creativity, structure, and strong F&B leadership to oversee hotel and villa operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across Guest Services, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations

• Lead and inspire a team of 80+ staff members

• Oversee dining operations at Bushbar, Geejam Beach Restaurant & Bar, and private villas

• Drive budgets, SOPs, service standards, and guest satisfaction

• Collaborate on branding, promotions, and special events

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality or equivalent experience

• 5+ years in senior F&B or hotel management roles

• Strong financial and people management skills

• Must hold a valid Food Handler’s Permit

• Flexible schedule with 24/7 on-call availability

2. EXECUTIVE CHEF

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations and elevate our dining experiences across multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, and vendor relations

• Manage culinary teams at the Bushbar, Beach Restaurant, and Villas

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

• Collaborate on event catering, weddings, and special dinners

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in upscale/luxury environments

• Strong leadership, budgeting, and training abilities

• Passion for global flavors with a Caribbean twist

• Valid Food Handler’s Permit required

3. LIFEGUARD

Do you have a passion for water safety and guest care? Join our beach team as a certified Lifeguard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor guests’ safety at the beach and pool areas

• Administer first aid/CPR as needed

• Maintain beach equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed

• Assist with beach events and guest services

Requirements:

• Certified Lifeguard with up-to-date CPR/First Aid

• Strong swimmer with good communication and observation skills

• Team-oriented with a calm, professional attitude
