The Mould Fitter will be required to ensure that the mould equipment is repaired and maintained.
Job Summary:
- The Mould Fitter will be required to ensure that the mould equipment is repaired and maintained.
Job Description:
- Repair and maintain all mould equipment in accordance with established quality standards.
- Grind weld deposits and polish the cavity to maintain close tolerances.
- Ensure proper cavity forming.
- Verify quality of mould repair work using all relevant measuring tools.
- Perform all duties in accordance with the procedures as per ISO 9001 standards and CGL Quality Manual.
- Perform any other related duties as may be required by the job function.
- To comply with the Company’s/ Department’s procedures and policies belonging to the Quality Management System and the Health, Safety & Environmental Management System.
- To fulfill the legal duties of the Occupational Safety & Health Act 2004 as an employee
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Five (5) Subjects at the Ordinary Level or the equivalent.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work unsupervised and use one’s initiative.
- Must be a team player.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
