Company: Auto Assessors & Associates Ltd. is one of the leading motor vehicle valuation and damage assessment companies in Jamaica. We are seeking to employ detailed oriented and reliable individuals to conduct Motor Vehicle inspections.

Damage Assessor/Valuator

Locations: Kingston, St. Catherine, Montego Bay, Savanna-la-mar

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail inspections of Motor Vehicles
• Take photographs, measurements and detailed notes during inspections.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and estimates.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Ensure assessments comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain organized records and submit reports in the required timelines.
• Provide professional guidance on repair or replacement recommendations.

 Qualifications / Requirements:

• 4 CXC / CAPE (including English & Mathematics)
• Previous work experience in the automotive industry (bodywork in particular) would be an asset
• Work experience as a Damage Assessor / Estimator would be an asset
• JAGAS certificate or any related certificate to the motor vehicle industry.
• Owning or having a reliable motor vehicle.
• Excellent attention to detail and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to inspection sites.
• Must be able to work on saturdays.
