Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work weekends and public holidays as required by the operational schedule.

 

Job Purpose

The Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bar environment in a fast-paced airport setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.

  • Create consistent, well-presented drinks according to recipes and quality guidelines.

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and workstations.

  • Ensure proper stock handling, rotation, and basic inventory support.

  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required.

  • Comply with all food safety, health, and safety standards.

  • Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.

  • Support the team during peak periods and ensure smooth service operations.

  • Report any equipment issues, stock shortages, or incidents to the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is required (hotel, restaurant, or bar experience preferred).

  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, basic mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Must be well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
