The Mixologist is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bar environment in a fast-paced airport setting.
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
Create consistent, well-presented drinks according to recipes and quality guidelines.
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and workstations.
Ensure proper stock handling, rotation, and basic inventory support.
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately where required.
Comply with all food safety, health, and safety standards.
Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies.
Support the team during peak periods and ensure smooth service operations.
Report any equipment issues, stock shortages, or incidents to the supervisor.
Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist is required (hotel, restaurant, or bar experience preferred).
Knowledge of classic cocktails, basic mixology techniques, and beverage presentation.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Must be well-groomed, professional, and customer-focused.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
