Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare creative, high-quality cocktails and beverages.
Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail techniques.
Engage guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation standards.
Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and requisitions efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area at all times.
Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary and management teams to create beverage pairings and promotions.
Monitor bar profitability by managing waste, portion control, and upselling premium beverages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2+ years proven experience as a mixologist or professional bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and flavor balancing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Certification in bartending and mixology
