Plan and executes and controls oversee local promotional activities including print, online, electronic media and direct mail.
Support local and regional promotional programs of our Cobranded Credit Card and increase in the amount of dual credit cardholders in the country by promoting its benefits.
Support the Annual Marketing Plan, which includes the distribution of campaign materials, communication and training to the staff.
Increase membership sign-ups according to sales goals and support the highest standards of member-customer service in attending to: membership new applications, membership renewals, refund-return replacement and repair of merchandise by establishing new market avenues and communicating regularly with our established marketing contacts to maintain good public relations.
Focus on getting new members, managing a team of corporate sales and providing follow-up and support to all its programs.
Achieve each month the minimum renewals required by the club. Analyzes work methods and distribution to eliminate idle time and maximize employee’s productivity and ensure appropriate levels of staffing.
Communicate, encourage and track monthly goals and follow-up in compliance with the staff incentive program.
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of memberships as well as, identifying, reporting, and/or correcting any violation of the same procedure.
Ensures compliance with procedures in the opening and closing of the Club in accordance to checklist.
Genera responsibility for an effective department audit and prepare and review all reports as required for the department.
Perform the monthly automatic charges of the annual membership. Performs Manager on Duty functions as required.
Perform the monthly automatic charges of the annual membership cardholders.
Support the annual marketing plan, which includes the distribution of campaign materials, communication and training staff.
Monitors employees’ performance, and reviews training needs as required.
Responsible for the efficient administration of department budget. Review quarterly objectives on a regular basis.
Supports the increase on sales and profit for the Club.
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar areas
Minimum five (5) years experience in a management role, preferably in the retail environment
Additional Requirements:
Exceptional customer service and sales skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Proven ability to achieve targets
Must be proficient in all key areas of Microsoft Office
Fast learner with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Possess good presentation skills with the ability to conduct sales meetings
Knowledge of modern marketing and sales techniques
Ability to report effectively and meet deadlines
Possess strong negotiation and time management skills
Must be articulate with the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate teamwork and provide leadership
