This individual will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our valued members while supporting the Credit Union’s operational and outreach goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver exceptional service to members and stakeholders in keeping with the Credit Union’s customer service standards.
• Process member transactions including withdrawals, loans, transfers, and bill payments.
• Conduct interviews with members for loans and promote cross-selling of products and services.
• Underwrite loan applications in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Process wire and RTGS requisitions for member requests.
• Balance and reconcile daily transactions.
• Prepare salary deductions, standing orders, and other payment instructions.
• Maintain and update savings databases.
• Onboard new members and assess their risk profiles.
• Participate in outreach and marketing activities to engage members.
• Add new accounts to the system after supervisor verification.
• Prepare monthly reports on targets achieved (loans, savings, accounts).
• File daily transaction records accurately.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a service-oriented or financial institution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of: POCA (Proceeds of Crime Act), KYC/KYE (Know Your Customer/Employee), AML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter-Financing of Terrorism).
• Experience with the Emortelle core banking system is an asset.

SPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS
