We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our medical products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growt.

Job Summary

The Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical or medical products to healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, deliver impactful product presentations, and drive sales growth within an assigned territory while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and key stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on features and benefits
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations
  • Manage sampling inventory, marketing materials, and product distribution
  • Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and management) to support sales strategies
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven skills in Medical Sales, with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and nurture client relationships effectively.
  • Basic knowledge or background in Medicine or Pharmacy is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement sales strategies accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacology, Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
  • A reliable vehicle is required for this role
