GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Ensures daily production conforms to the production planning as per sales projections. |

| Oversees the activities of the department in order to meet the sales plan, the margin of profit and market penetration by monitoring the quality of the meat, chicken and deli. . |

| Verify presentation of products, expiration dates and the appropriate cuts according to standards. |

| Ensure daily production is performed according to the procedures of quality and safety as established by the company. |
