1. Mason

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform masonry work including block laying, plastering, tiling, and concrete finishing.
• Repair and maintain walls, floors, and structural features of the resort.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete projects on schedule.
• Follow all safety and quality protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in masonry (hospitality or construction).
• Proficient in masonry tools and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

2. Carpenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, furniture, and fixtures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on doors, frames, and furnishings.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to complete repair requests efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and follow safety standards.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in carpentry (resort or construction environment).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or sketches.
• Skilled in finishing work and safe tool operation.

3. Mechanical Room Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain mechanical systems such as boilers, pumps, and compressors.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and record-keeping.
• Respond to mechanical issues promptly to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years’ experience operating mechanical systems (hospitality or industrial).
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
