Support the Marketing teams in execution of reports and analysis of data entry, development trade marketing deals, specials and programmes for brands, to enhance the achievement of the stated results of Massy Distribution and the relevant principals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Provide the Product Specialist and Brand Managers with support. 

  • Order inventory and liaise with warehouse personnel to control/manage the rotation of inventories. 

  • Control advertising and promotion expenses of brands. 

  • Liaise with customers to monitor performance and develop and implement plans to correct shortfalls. 

  • Provide sales representatives with information, guidance and assistance to ensure individual performance and that of the brand. 

  • Develop daily and monthly reports. 

  • Data-entry of specific deals and specials. 

  • Create quality customer/principal relationship. 

  • Assist in other areas of work based on the needs of the department and any other area as necessary in support of Company activities. 

  • All responsibilities and accountabilities must be executed in accordance with the company’s Customer Service Management System (CSMS), Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) policies and practices. 

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 

Requirements 

  • Team player 

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Must be able to work long & flexible hours as required by the operations demand 

  • Creativity  

  • Valid driver’s permit; Must own a reliable working vehicle and cell phone 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • First Degree in Business Management/Marketing  

  • Or 1-2 years working experience in a Sales/Marketing Environment. 

Computer Skills 

  • Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Knowledge of GUI SX Enterprise
