MARKETING OFFICER

Sales Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to closing the deal
• Deliver persuasive presentations, demos, and consultations (virtual or in-person)
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to unlock higher commission tiers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in our CRM system

Marketing Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to launch campaigns that generate leads and conversions
• Share field insights to refine messaging and strategy
• Brand Representative
• Support digital marketing efforts including social media, email campaigns, and content creation
• Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, landing pages, and case studies

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms 
• Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, adaptable, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a performance-based environment

 Asset Requirements

• Certificate or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience in Hospitality
• Skills in design or content creation (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
