  • Drive cross-brand synergies (bundles, shared campaigns, platforms).

 Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Approve and guide all major campaigns, promotions, and launches.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee agency relationships and vendor performance.

 Digital & Customer Growth

  • Lead digital transformation across all touchpoings.
  • Drive traffic via social, performance marketing, and partnerships.
  • Improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

 Performance & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs across brands and track and measure performance.
  • Use insights to optimise campaigns and business decisions.
  • Oversee reporting cadence to leadership.
