About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the marketing strategy for an all-inclusive luxury resort. This role will require creative thinking, market research, and strategic planning to enhance the resort’s brand presence and achieve sales goals. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, or designate, to create compelling campaigns and digital strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
Minimum five (5) years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
Proven experience in managing and executing marketing strategies, including digital marketing, PR, content creation, and social media.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
Strong understanding of marketing analytics, SEO, SEM, and CRM systems.
