 3.     Marketing Materials and Collateral

  • Assist in the development and coordination of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, programme guides, event materials, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure that all materials are accurate, professionally presented, and aligned with the School’s brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and other service providers to ensure timely production and delivery of materials.
  • Support the maintenance of an inventory of printed publications, branded merchandise, and promotional assets.
  • Contribute to the periodic review and updating of marketing materials to ensure continued relevance and consistency.

 4.     Events and Recruitment Support

  • Support the promotion and coordination of recruitment and engagement activities, including open houses, webinars, school visits, fairs, public lectures, and networking events.
  • Assist in the preparation of event-related marketing materials, invitations, registration communications, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate event marketing timelines and support on-the-day execution where required.
  • Support post-event activities, including attendance tracking, follow-up communications, and basic reporting on engagement and outcomes.
  • Assist with the promotion of alumni, corporate, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
5.     CRM, Data and Analytics Support
  • Support the administration and effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) and related marketing systems.
  • Assist in managing contact lists, audience segmentation, email workflows, landing pages, and lead capture processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organised marketing records and databases in accordance with institutional standards.
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, campaign performance, and participation levels.
  • Prepare periodic performance summaries and dashboards for internal review.
  • Conduct basic market and audience research to support campaign planning and identify engagement opportunities.

 6.     Brand and Communications Support

  • Ensure that all marketing outputs adhere to the School’s and University’s brand guidelines and communication standards.
  • Assist in maintaining a central repository of approved marketing assets, templates, and materials.
  • Support the preparation of marketing content for institutional communications, reports, presentations, and promotional publications.

  • Provide coordination support for media, publicity, and communications activities as required.

 7.     Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with academic staff, programme coordinators, administrative units, and external partners to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in translating programme features, faculty expertise, and institutional activities into market-facing content.
  • Support coordination of marketing activities related to partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.
  • Serve as a coordination point for campaign-related communication between stakeholders and the marketing team.

8.     General Responsibilities

  • Maintain organised records of marketing projects, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Support the efficient use of marketing resources, materials, and tools.
  • Keep abreast of current marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within higher education.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for special projects as assigned.
  • Perform any other related duties as required by the Manager, Marketing Operations & Performance or authorised personnel.
