About the Role

The Dachin Group is seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategies for all our restaurant brands. You will oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns, from initial planning and content creation to execution and performance analysis, across both digital and traditional channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives and brand identities.
  • Content & Digital Management: Create engaging content and manage our social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and active customer engagement.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage marketing calendars, coordinate promotional events, and ensure all advertising materials reflect the unique voice of each restaurant brand.
  • Data & Insights: Analyze market trends and guest behavior to guide recommendations; track and report on campaign metrics to measure ROI and optimize future efforts.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked accurately.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Directors, Restaurant Managers, and Chefs to ensure marketing initiatives are accurately executed and support overall company goals.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with digital marketing channels and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms).
  • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to evaluating campaign effectiveness.
  • Organizational Skills: An expert at juggling multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Professionalism: Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential information with integrity.
