CORE FUNCTION
The Marketing Coordinator provides essential support to the marketing team through coordination, document management, content contribution, project execution, and stakeholder communication. This role ensures smooth administrative operations within the department while also contributing creatively to brand development, digital engagement, and campaign planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Support & Financial Coordination
- Update and maintain the invoice tracker for all marketing-related expenses
- Submit invoices and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments
- File invoices, product request forms, and other relevant marketing documents
- Request quotations for department needs and liaise with procurement for processing
Marketing Project Coordination
- Create marketing support documents, including briefs, schedules, presentation decks, and planning templates
- Handle all incoming sponsorship requests and manage email communications related to sponsorships
- Maintain and revisit paused projects such as the product catalogue and front shop menu board, ensuring updates are accurately captured
- Coordinate Corporate Sales Day activities including price list creation, client outreach, scheduling, and relaunch execution
Content & Campaign Contribution
- Offer ideas and recommendations for promotional campaigns and content strategy
- Participate in campaign brainstorming and development, contributing fresh and trend-relevant insights
- Assist in the creation of marketing newsletters including written content and visual design using Canva (in-progress)
- Maintain a recipe list for the website, contributing to product storytelling and brand engagement
Digital & Online Merchandising
- Support the enhancement and management of online merchandising activities (currently paused, with potential for expansion)
- Conduct market research on industry trends, digital engagement tactics, and influencer marketing to align with evolving brand strategy
- Generate product-related and company update articles for the corporate website (ongoing)
- Create QR codes and forms using platforms like Google Forms or JotForm to support customer feedback collection and market research
Digital Experience Development
- Assist in coordinating and uploading content for brand newsletters, digital campaigns, and product features
- Develop and maintain digital assets that support customer engagement and product education
- Support the ongoing buildout of online platforms, including recipe features, sponsorship application tools, and branded content
- Any other duties that may be required to execute the objectives of your role and department.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience working in an office environment in a coordinating and or administrative role a definite advantage.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
