Primary objective of the job: 

  • Drive Diaspora revenue growth into assigned Digicel markets across the Caribbean and Central America
  • Partner with in-market and Diaspora Commercial teams to execute Diaspora initiatives that support revenue and subscriber targets
  • Monitor and improve commercial performance through disciplined tracking of subscriber growth, transaction volume, and revenue per customer
  • Analyze market and performance data to identify gaps and support timely corrective commercial actions.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and provide insights to strengthen Diaspora performance and response actions
  • Coordinate rollout of campaigns, lifecycle initiatives and promotional activity impacting Diaspora performance

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Drive execution of Diaspora commercial plans for assigned Digicel markets
  • Monitor daily and weekly revenue and subscriber trends and identify performance gaps
  • Liaise closely with in-market and Diaspora Commercial teams to align on growth priorities
  • Support implementation of offers, pricing initiatives, and tactical campaigns aligned to market needs
  • Track active subscriber growth and support reactivation of dormant customers
  • Monitor churn trends and coordinate mitigation initiatives with relevant teams
  • Analyze key commercial drivers including transaction volume, frequency, and revenue per customer, and support actions to improve performance.
  • Coordinate execution of Diaspora campaigns and ensure timely market rollout
  • Monitor campaign performance and assess impact on revenue and subscriber growth
  • Conduct ongoing structured competitor monitoring and provide clear summaries of pricing, offers, and market activity
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commercial performance reports and variance analysis for management and market teams
  • Escalate commercial or operational risks impacting Diaspora revenue delivery

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent;
  • 2+ years’ Commercial experience in telecommunications, remittance or related field;
  • Strong leadership, people management and relationship management skills;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
  • Understanding of Caribbean and Latin American Diaspora required;
  • Strong communicator with exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Flexible and resilient to excel in a fast moving industry
  • Hands-on
  • Experience in or affinity with CALA markets
