Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Manager at the Brown’s Town Branch. Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for supervising the Branch  

Duties include: 

• Manage the daily operations of the Bank to include Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Loans and Investment growth, Staffing requirements. 
• Adhere to high ethical standards and ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures and Regulatory framework 
• Coordinate and lead the marketing of the Bank’s financial products and services  
• Undertake initiatives to grow the loans and savings portfolios 
• Other duties incidental to the job 

   Skills Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent qualifications. 
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations 
• Strategic thinking with demonstrated analytical/planning and organizing skills 
• Results driven and customer focused 
• At least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role preferable in a financial institution 
• Strong communication, time management, interpersonal and people management skills
