The Management Trainee – Marketing will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. This role is designed for high-potential graduates seeking to build a career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital, social media, and on-ground marketing initiatives.
  • Support brand-building activities and ensure brand guidelines are followed.

2. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitor analysis, trend monitoring, and customer insights research.
  • Prepare reports on market trends and performance metrics to support decision-making.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and recommend improvements.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Support content creation for social media, website, and email marketing.
  • Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor engagement metrics and track performance across platforms.

4. Campaign Coordination

  • Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and collaterals.
  • Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and customer experience teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing, brand strategy, and digital trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (advantageous).
