Maintenance Technicians- Electrician, RAC, LPG

Mother’s Food Group is seeking to identify suitably qualified individuals for appointment to the positions listed below.

General Requirements for all Candidates:

• NVQ-J Certification in the relevant area from HEART Trust NTA.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in a similar capacity.
• Working knowledge of all equipment and resources used in relevant area.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
• Ability to execute preventative maintenance activities.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Installations, repairs and service of LPG equipment and appliances, such as, ovens, chicken machines, French fryers and grills.
• Carryout preventative maintenance for LPG equipment and appliances.
• Movement of equipment between locations or from suppliers.

Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Service and repair all refrigeration and air conditioning equipment on a timely basis.
• Assist in sourcing and acquiring all related spare parts and materials.

Electrical Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of lighting fixtures, generators, and main electrical distribution systems.
• Installation and repairs of electrical equipment and appliances.
• Assist with the installation of refrigeration and air-condition equipment.
• Monitor utility meter readings.

Candidates with experience in the Fast Food or Hospitality industries will have a distinct advantage.
