The purpose of this position is to repair and maintain the hotel’s physical assets in order to keep the hotel in compliance with the hotel’s policies/procedures.

Check damage to the lighting and electrical installations and proceed to repair, work order prior rotated by the various departments.
Diagnose the extent of electrical damage reported by the various departments and request the necessary repairs material.
supervise the proper operation of electrical installations.
Keep tools in good working condition.
Inform your supervisor or managersof all activities.
Make new electrical installations which are necessary in the institution, piped wiring, connecting and testing the proper functioning.
Make the electrical installations for facilitating the proper functioning of refrigeration, pumps and other equipment when they are initially removed or installed.
Repair any unforeseen electrical anomaly that endanger the physical integrity or property.
Abide by the rules and safety standards set by the Joint regulatory bodies
Keep work area clean after performing their activities
Make preventive checksoflights or lighting in the areas, bars, restaurants and swimming pools.
Attend meetings at set times.
Fulfilling their daily work, the hours set in working hours reported to human resources
Review of facilities lighting and equipment in the openings of the restaurants., bars, and swimming pools.
Any other related duties
