Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Location Manager to lead our operations at Sangster International Airport. This role is responsible for overseeing daily aviation security activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements while optimizing operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the aviation security compliance programme.

• Manage, coach, and develop the security team.

• Liaise with the airport operator, aviation clients, and law enforcement agencies.

• Identify security threats and recommend mitigation measures.

• Oversee scheduling and task management via SmartTask.

• Coordinate security equipment requirements.

• Conduct security audits and ensure all incidents are investigated promptly.

• Maintain updated Post Orders and staff compliance with standards.

• Communicate consistently with the client regarding operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in management, preferably in private security or operations.

• Experience with digital scheduling tools like SmartTask.

• Valid General Driver’s License (held for 5+ years).

• Strong command of the English language (oral and written).

• Must be in good health with a clean police record.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be willing to undergo an integrity test.
