Requirements for All Roles:
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or commercial facilities
Strong technical skills and hands-on knowledge in relevant area
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Certification or training in trade-specific areas is an asset
