A Leading Law firm seeks to employ a Legal Secretary to join its team of professionals.
DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The firm seeks a self-motivated, driven individual to complement our team of professionals in the Commercial Department.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ensures continued and sufficient familiarity with the nature and status of matters being handled by the Attorney to initiate necessary action or to respond to enquiries in his/her absence within the discretionary limits imposed by the Attorney.
- Prepares/completes legal documents and correspondence from drafts, dictation, on instruction or on own initiative as required.
- Monitors and ensures the timely flow of documents between the Firm and clients, other law offices, the Courts, Stamp and Titles Offices, Registrar of Companies and other relevant agencies or persons in relation to each matter.
