Overview of the opportunity:

JESS, the delivery center for KPMG Jamaica contracted to support KPMG U.S., is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our Audit Operations team. In this role, you will coordinate national learning programs, manage training logistics, support compliance efforts, and oversee offshore team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support National and Local Office Training Programs (NLOTPs & LOTPs)
• Manage training communications and respond to learning-related inquiries
• Monitor compliance with Required Learning System (RLS) standards
• Oversee logistics: training space, materials, attendance, and course closeout
• Support onboarding and training for experienced hires
• Manage CPE documentation and offshore team task execution
• Contribute to special projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 3+ years in administrative support, project coordination, or operations
