Lane Replenisher

The Lane Replenisher is responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining product displays, and ensuring that all merchandise is properly labelled and readily available for customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Restock shelves and product displays according to store plans and sales trends.
• Ensure proper product rotation to maintain freshness and reduce waste.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of low stock or ordering needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including shelves, floors, and product areas.
• Assist with pricing, signage, and promotional setups.
• Handle product returns, damages, and shelf adjustments as needed.
• Provide assistance to customers when required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of stocking, inventory, and merchandising practices.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 lbs regularly.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the store.

Minimum Training and Experience:

• Minimum of five (3) CSEC, GCE O-Level, or equivalent passes, including Mathematics and English Language.
• Previous experience in a retail stocking or replenishment role will be an advantage.
