LOYALTY AND TRAVEL SALES  MANAGER  

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseaing and managing loyalty programs and travel related activities as well as leading a small powerhouse team on-resort charged with the responsibility of growing and maintaining repeat business for the resort. 

Specific requirements/duties of the position include:

• Must be excellent in sales and strategic planning
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Ability to learn and retain vast amount of information and details in a short space of time
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to work as part of and manage a team  
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or similar field
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent Customer Service and Sales background.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good oral and written communication skills
