LOYALTY AND TRAVEL SALES MANAGER
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseaing and managing loyalty programs and travel related activities as well as leading a small powerhouse team on-resort charged with the responsibility of growing and maintaining repeat business for the resort.
Specific requirements/duties of the position include:
- Must be excellent in sales and strategic planning
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Ability to learn and retain vast amount of information and details in a short space of time
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to work as part of and manage a team
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or similar field
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent Customer Service and Sales background.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good oral and written communication skills
