Kitchen Assistant (Direct to Client)

A fast-growing company in the Quick Service Restaurant industry focused on high quality standards of food and cleanliness is seeking suitable candidates as Kitchen Assistants.

The person primarily MUST have some some knowledge of how a kitchen operates and be interested in a culinary career.

Also, the candidate MUST have a positive attitude to learning. On a daily basis the job entails:

1. Cutting salad (Cabbage slaw)
2. Preparing seasonings
3. Seasoning fish and shrimp
4. Frying
5. Packing lunches
6. General cleaning, washing dishes and maintaining clean workspaces
7. All other tasks as instructed by your supervisor.

The person must be able to read and write and should have a minimum of 3 CXC passes including English and Math. No previous experience is necessary and young school leavers who are willing to work hard, learn and can physically work quickly in a fast-paced environment can feel free to apply.

The working hours at the locations are as follows:

            6:45 am to 5:20 pm

Days of work are Mondays to Saturdays. We do not open on Sundays and Public Holidays.
