The Junior Training Officer provides administrative and coordination support to the Training & Development team. This entry-level role helps prepare training materials, organize sessions, assist with onboarding activities, and update learning content in the LMS. The position is well-suited for someone early in their career who is organized, eager to learn, and interested in gaining experience in training operations within a fast-paced BPO environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Content Development:

• Assist in developing and updating training materials including slide decks, job aids,

SOPs, quick reference guides, etc.

• Customize training content based on client updates, product changes, and policy

revisions.

• Upload and maintain content within the Learning Management System (LMS).

 

Training Coordination:

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating all training sessions.

• Track training attendance, completion, and certification record.

• Support training logistics including classrooms, virtual platforms, and materials.

• Liaise with Operations, Training Leadership, Quality, and Workforce Management

teams to align training schedules

 

Training Delivery Support:

• Co-facilitate training sessions, as required.

• Provide onboarding support for new hire training classes.

• Assist with assessments, quizzes, and evaluations.

 

Reporting and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate training records and reports.

• Support audits and client compliance requirements.

• Gather feedback from trainees to support continuous improvement.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or another

related field.

• Six (6) months or more experience in training support or BPO Operations.

• Exposure to telecom products, systems, or customer service processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Basic facilitation or presentation skills.

• Experience using LMS platforms.
