Position Overview
The Junior Accountant is an entry-level/early-career role within the Finance Team that supports the Management Accountant in capturing, validating and analyzing operational and commercial performance metrics at source. The role focuses on the legwork of data collection, basic analysis and preparation of reports and dashboards on key indicators such as material and liquid wastage, stock losses, production efficiency, labour and overhead cost per unit, and gross profit by SKU and customer. The Junior Accountant works under the direction of the Management Accountant, who leads proactive performance management and engagement with the CEO and Line Managers.
