A Human Resource (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must have basic knowledge of HR labour laws, principles and practices.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced office.
• Must have 3-5 years’ experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in the HR field, preferably.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully.
• Possess a high level of integrity and initiative.
• A strong frontrunner with exceptional communication skills.
