The Group Human Resources Lead manages and oversees all recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, and document management & reporting for the relevant personnel within their purview.

  • The Group Human Resources Lead manages and oversees all recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, and document management & reporting for the relevant personnel within their purview. The Group HR Lead provides HR support to the subsidiaries under the Head Office and Real Estate Sectors.

Job Description:

  • Oversees the maintenance of employee records on Employee Central (HRIS), as well as physical files. Subsequent to the relevant documentation being prepared and finalized, all transactions must be entered on HRIS, and approved in a timely manner.
  • Manage all recruitment efforts for the assigned vacancies, ensuring the relevant processes
    are completed. This includes but is not limited to: advertising vacancies, shortlisting and
    interviewing candidates, ensuring the relevant checks and assessments are administered,
    and preparing justifications for approval etc.
  • Develop, implement and continuously update a robust onboarding plan to ensure new
    employees are adequately assimilated into the company.
  • Oversee and coordinate offboarding activities in a timely manner to ensure a seamless
    transition for both employee and manager. Ensure the required documents are prepared and
    administered, and the relevant procedures are followed.
  • Manage benefit administration for the relevant employees, including enrollment, updates, and
    withdrawals.
  • Support managers with any training and development activities for their employees, including
    sourcing of programmes, registering participants, and preparing any required documentation.
  • Ensure all updates pertaining to Payroll are submitted to the relevant parties in a timely
    manner, supported by the relevant documentation.
  • Oversee and coordinate the annual Performance Management process, and any supplementary activities as a result. Provide support to Managers during the process, as needed.
  • Manage the Annual Salary Review (ASR) process for all employees, ensuring incentives are
    accurately calculated. Additionally, supporting Managers regarding any compensation
    changes they require for their team during this time, and on an ad hoc basis.
  • Oversee and support Groupwide Motor Vehicle Benefit Administration. This includes the
    initiation all all new leases, disposal of the assets (via purchase or otherwise), and
    communication to the relevant parties of any changes required.
  • Provide support to Managers regarding any disciplinary matters for employees, engaged the
    Industrial Relations team for guidance, as required.
  • Coordinate and support any Groupwide HR initiatives, including the iLead Internship
    Programme, Annual Executive Medical Programme, Group Orientation, Career/ Job Fairs etc.
  • Prepares all required, and any ad-hoc HR reports.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Undergraduate/ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management Studies, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Applying an understanding of human resource management (HRM) practices, policies and principles.
  • Applies the competency in the full range of typical situations, requiring guidance in only the most complex or new situations.
  • Identifies the short-term HR implications of organizational changes.
  • Applies varied HRM tools and approaches (e.g., varied approaches to identify sources of
    qualified candidates).
  • Identifies solutions to HR issues, respecting organizational values and legal requirements.
  • Identifies potential sources for the recruitment of qualified candidates (e.g., professional organizations, social media)
  • Adapts Communication
  • Tailors communication (e.g., content, style and medium) to diverse audiences.
  • Reads cues from diverse listeners to assess when and how to change planned
    communication approach to effectively deliver message.
  • Communicates with all organizational levels.
  • Understands others’ complex or underlying needs, motivations, emotions or concerns,
    communicating effectively despite the sensitivity of the situation.
