**Previous experience with Customs and or a Shipping Agency preferred (but not required)
The incumbent's main responsibility will be to create and maintain a spreadsheet in Excel of all outstanding jobs requiring clearance. This is to be updated daily outlining the current status of the job until package is cleared or abandoned. This is to be reported on daily.
They will also provide assistance in making contact with customers (telephone and or email) reminding of what is required for clearance and placing the requisite notes on the job.
