Primary objective of the job:



As Marketing Manager, you will execute the marketing strategy for the business, delighting our customers and meeting or exceeding the business objectives and KPI’S. 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Input into and execute the marketing strategy delighting our customers and meeting the business objectives and KPI'S within the budget.
  • Manage social media delivering KPIs
  • Recruit and manage Social Influencers, Ambassadors, and Content Creators (in-person and digitally) to develop engaging content to drive consideration of Digicel products and services across multiple social platforms.
  • Support the campaign and market awareness objectives of the functional business units.
  • Maintain Brand NPS.
  • Execute and provide marketing collateral and assets.
  • Develop and maintain external community and stakeholder relationships.
  • Execute and manage external customer and stakeholder events.
  • Collaborate with Group and regional marketing and business stakeholders to promote and align marketing.
  • Implement the quarterly media plan within budget.
  • Execute the company's digital strategy across all digital marketing channels, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure its effectiveness and encourage the adoption of digital-first techniques into the company's culture.
  • Update the company's websites, ensuring accurate information, sound journeys, and campaigns launched on time and brand.

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
  • At least three years demonstrated experience in marketing including multiple mediums, asset development, social media, digital, online and partner marketing.
  • Experience with event management preferred.   
  • Experience in a technology or telecommunications industry preferred.

 

Functional Skills:

 

 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passionate about marketing and digital media
  • Full understanding of social media and its ecosystem
  • Ability to think creativity and execute to timelines
  • Ability to multi task
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain external partner and key stakeholder relationships through a mutually beneficial relationship
  • Ability to confidently liaise, engage with and present to “C” level stakeholders
  • High levels of expertise with Microsoft Office, Trello Boards
  • Able to work out-of-hours and work to tight deadlines
