The Kids Concierge must engage the children in activities for the allocated time period and provide highly personalized and professional service. Create an environment that fosters safe and secure childcare with a strong sense of responsibility.

Job description:

• Open and prepare Kids Club for daily activities.
• Responsible to do the opening and closing of Kids Club
• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness of kids club
• Undertakes to maintain qualifications as deemed necessary by the Hotel, ensures the safe management of the kids club environment
• Ensure safety & security of child within confined area.
• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the outlet
• Follow kids club Operation Childcare Standards, Policies procedures and Health guidelines
• Responsible for supervising customers and children
• To be part of schedule for guest concierge duties
• Checking the visitors for validity
• Handling the cash receipts for any transactions
• To provide information to the guests
• Greeting guests, Educating guests on services and products.  Always greet guests by Last name unless instructed by guest to use first name. 

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Customer Service Orientation & Certificate
• POS experience – (Opera software desirable)
• Must be able to use Microsoft office suites.
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Additional language will be a plus.
