ANSA McAL Construction Sector’s Trade Marketing Team as a pivotal member is responsible for delivering essential back-end support. As the Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in facilitating the coordination of Point of Sale (POS) Materials and Trade Assets for sector-wide executions and visibility initiatives.
Job Description:
- Prepare purchase order requisitions and oversee the entire request to purchase order process for trade assets and materials, ensuring both the timely procurement of these essential resources and the establishment of a streamlined procurement procedure.
- Collaborate on all regional and export market requests for materials, their delivery and shipping to facilitate the fulfillment of material requests from these markets.
- Compile all requests for promotional advertising, work with the marketing team and the contracted agency to create artwork and ensure that promotional materials are created on schedule so they can be used in marketing campaigns.
- Liaise with approved vendors to send out artwork for printed materials, such as banners, price tags, wobblers, posters.
- Maintain a monthly log of all trade assets on hand and prepare reorder requests to prevent stockouts of core assets/tool to ensure the availability of sufficient stock levels for trade assets. etc., with the objective of facilitating the printing and delivery of promotional materials.
- Maintain an updated database for all trade assets (SDUs) to guarantee the correctness and timeliness of trade asset records.
- Compile and analyze information gathered during trade audits to verify compliance with Look of Success requirements in trade marketing operations.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on competitiveness activity and pricing compliance for informed decision making by providing insights on competing activities and summarizing the survey database.
- Perform any other related duties as may be required by the function to support the overall effectiveness of trade marketing activities.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration Field
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
