We are seeking to hire an Occupational Health & Safety Manager to lead the charge for the policies, procedures and measurement of occupational health and safety for our company.
We are seeking to hire an Occupational Health & Safety Manager to lead the charge for the policies, procedures and measurement of occupational health and safety for our company.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Preferred)
- Or Bachelor's Degree in Human Health, Psychology, Engineering or Environmental Science
- 3 years' experience in similar position.
- Experience in a hotel environment is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, coordinate, monitor and advise on the implementation of prevention plans and preventive action programmes.
- Conduct assessment of risk factors which may affect the safety and health of workers and identifiy priorities for appropriate preventive measures.
- Coordinate preventive activities with key stakeholders.
- Organize prevention services (health surveillance, information and training of workers).
- Implement self-protection and emergency plans.
- Participate in regular departmental meetings.
- Keep the management informed of incidents and news.
