Job Description for Recruitment Consultant

• Interviewing and sourcing suitable candidates to fill contract and permanent vacancies often at short notice and to client specifications.
• Preparation and updating of client and candidate employment contracts.
• Timely maintenance of candidate records.
• Efficient responses to all client and candidate enquiries via email or phone
• Liaising with clients to arrange visits, clarify job descriptions, arrange interviews and negotiate placement terms.
• Following up with clients regarding vacancies.
• Negotiating fees, salaries and benefits.
• Conducting registration interviews.
• Building, nurturing and repairing relationships with clients.
• Managing Client accounts and offering IR advice as required.
• All Administrative work required to complete duties.
• Business development and promotion of complementary services.
• Working with your team to exceed goals and targets.
