Job Title:  Products & Process Executive

 

Primary objective of the job:

  • Analyze current business processes by performing regular quality and efficiency checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create strategies and solutions to streamline workflows and improve business operations.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations as well as safety and health codes.
  • Monitor the effective operations of processes and where necessary draw up strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Addressing any questions or queries that may arise around products and processes in a prompt manner.
  • Identify, develop and prepare processes, presenting them for review, approval and implementation.
  • Develop SOP’s around new and existing products and processes for routine tasks and assist in executing same.
  • Decide where process improvements can be made based on audits and feedback from the business.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest solutions to resolve same.
  • Define new and existing products positioning in relation to competitor and customer benefits.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, at various stages
  • Can use initiative and work independently

 

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or another related field.
  • Experience in Project Management
  • At least 2+years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in process management and process automation tools
  • Proficiency in MS Office, as well CRM software such as Qualtrix
