Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:

- Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, forecasting revenues, and controlling expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Implement cost-control measures while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to optimize profitability.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a superior guest experience by addressing customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a customer-focused culture.
- Monitor service quality, staff appearance, and overall ambiance to exceed guest expectations.
- Marketing and Promotions:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute marketing strategies, promotions, and events to attract and retain customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with the local community to increase restaurant visibility and engagement.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
- Manage inventory levels efficiently, minimizing waste, and ensuring timely ordering of supplies and ingredients.
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed decisions and improvements.
- Continuously assess and adapt strategies to meet changing market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
