The Industrial & Marine Sales Associate is directly responsible for managing and servicing assigned Industrial Accounts of Ansa Coatings Ltd in accordance with the company and the department’s targets and objectives.
Job Description:
- Work as a part of the Industrial Sales team to implement plans for the Company with assigned accounts.
- Develop new customers and market segments as directed by the Industrial Sales Manager in accordance with company’s strategic objectives.
- Implement Monthly Marketing Plans and achieve Monthly Sales targets.
- Manage efficiently marketing and sales support personnel in order to achieve the Department’s plans and objectives.
- Protect and grow the equity of the various Industrial brands in the various market segments.
- Provide fact-based analytical information from the various Industrial market segments, as directed, to support various marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work with the Technical Department in handling customer and product complaints, and the development of new and improved products
- Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure products are manufactured and appropriate levels of inventory are available.
- Conduct competitive pricing surveys and research analysis for assigned customer groupings or market segments.
- Timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction on all key accounts.
- Participate in and assist in the monthly stock taking activity as required.
- Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety culture within the company.
- Conduct any other related duties that may be assigned by the Industrial Sales Manager. Compliance with Ansa Mcal Group Policies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree in Business Marketing or Marketing
- NACE Level 2 certification or an equivalent combination of academic and work experience
- At least three (3) years’ experience in an Industrial Coatings marketing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft AX
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills / analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
