Programme Manager

-         Minimum 10 years’ experience in Programme / Project management in the public sector, including 4 years leading large scale projects.

-         Masters degree in Programme/Project Management, or Engineering, Information Technology, Management or the Social Sciences together with professional qualifications such as the Project management Professional (PMP) certification. PRINCE2 etc.

-         Extensive knowledge of project and public sector management principles, techniques and procedures.

-         Considerable knowledge of National development programmes such as PSIP and the Infrastructure Development Fund.

-         Considerable knowledge of Financial management to administer budgets across multiple projects. 

-         Skill in programme/project planning, coordination and implementation.
