-         Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques, and ability to use statistical software.

-         Ability to use statistical software packages. GIS Certification at the Certificate or Diploma Level

-          Project Management certification.

-         Degree in Management Studies or Economics with evidence of strong statistics base.
