- 18 years and over

- 3 CXC passes minimum

- 2 Professional references

- Police Certificate of Good Character

- Available to work shifts including early mornings, weekends and Public Holidays

- Legally able to work in Trinidad and Tobago

- Experience in the restaurant industry or certification in hospitality or culinary arts
