AREA BUSINESS BUILDER – Cigarette Division

 

Job Summary:

The Area Business Builder role is to enhance the maximum availability and the optimum stock level of products through systematic and efficient sales coverage of the assigned territory by leading and motivating the Sales team.  


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of the assigned territory in order to achieve the potential of existing outlets and ensure the modification of the routes.
  2. Communicate the individual objectives to the team members according to the given targets. Ensure that these objectives are met.
  3. Create and maintain weekly/daily sales plan in order to achieve the monthly/annual volume objectives.
  4. Visit outlets and conduct regular performance assessment of the entire team within the area of responsibility.
  5. Ensure that team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the job’s requirement. Identify individual training needs to improve the sales skills.
  6. Check and analyze all sales reports provided by SM and Supervisor.
  7. Ensure that the implementation of sales promotion activities are done according to the given guidelines and given set of objectives.
  8. Motivate the team through effective field accompaniment. Ensure that they are all committed to achieving key business goals, enhancing the image of the Company and PM products within the trade.
  9. Ensure that the team members strictly follow the policies and procedures.
  10. Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications / Experience

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
  • Familiar with geographical structure of Trinidad

  • Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally
  • Customer Service Champion
