Service Attendant Grand Bazaar Ltd

Job Summary: 

The Food Court Attendant is responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness of the Grand Bazaar Food Court. Maintain working processes to ensure the complete comfort of Food Court patrons.

Job Description:

• Clean tables of eating hall immediately after they are vacated.
• Sweep and/or wet mop any trash or spillages and wet mop any leakages from bins.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Wipe the top of bins when garbage is pulled.
• Replenish toiletries (e.g., toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels) as required.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners to prevent harm to self or floors and fixtures.
• Clean Sanibins.
• Clean toilet bowls (bowl rims internal and external; around the bowls).
• Clean urinals inside, outside and around the bowls.
• Clean face basins inside, outside and counter.
• Sweep and mop floor, each time with clean water.
• Report all items left by customers to the Supervisor or Operations Manager immediately when found.
• Direct any major customer matters to the Supervisor or Operations Manager.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 CXC subject inclusive of Mathematics and English.
•  A minimum of 1 year experiencet in customer service.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts.
